Administrative Assistant
The Community Schools at Opportunity Farm and Camden seek a full-time time Administrative Assistant for their New Gloucester campus. Duties include: managing the office and correspondence, greeting visitors, answering phones, coordinating meetings and small events, assisting program directors, managing building and grounds inventory and technology needs, ordering supplies and ensuring school compliance with state and federal regulations. Must be personable, highly organized and professional and have at least 3 years experience working in a non-profit setting. Must have strong commitment to positive youth development and working with teens in alternative settings. B.A. preferred. Director of Development

The successful candidate will have extensive experience directing, planning and implementing a full service Development office. Must be highly organized, team oriented professional with at least 5 years development experience. Must have strong commitment to positive youth development and working with teens in alternative settings.
